We stayed in this house for a weekend with some friends in May 2024. The house is ok for the price. Everything a bit worn but ok.What ruined our weekend was everything around the house. At the time of arrival we received a message that the owner himself would not be present, but a message with many points of interest about numerous damage that had already occurred and warnings about new damage and noise pollution.As soon as we arrived we heard shouting from the neighbor: that we were making noise. The neighbor's shouting all evening long. Eventually the police come along, are friendly, show understanding and leave without issuing a report. The next day the neighbor called again, always being careful to sit on the other side of the garden so that the noise we make disturbs him as little as possible. Going in at 10 p.m.... We report this behavior of the neighbor to the owner who casually tells us that he will have to charge a fine of 100 euros himself (deduct suffering from our deposit) because the police have arrived on the scene. Truly incredible! For me it is clearly a hidden youth tax. So because the neighbor complains all the time, we are punished. Both the owner and Natuurhuisje say they think it's a shame, but they would like to cash in a little more on our visit. Nature House likes to remain aloof in resolving the dispute and the neighbor is comfortable with drawing up house rules (and only forwarding them on the day of the start of the stay). So not a pleasant stay for us and we were left with a feeling of being pocketed. to have been.Who or what does he compensate with that 100 euro fine, which is not about established nuisance but purely about the fact that the police had to come and look.I suspect this is a standard game between owner and tenants. Neighbor complains and Mr. Owner has a way to make extra money.It is very unfortunate that we have to feel these scams and negativity after a nice weekend with friends.My recommendation: rent a house elsewhere for 100 euros more and do not do so through Natuurhuisje

After we had previously used La Villa, we booked another midweek to enjoy Le Pavillon romantically for two. Delicious! An oasis of peace, enjoy cooking outside on the smokey BBQ and enjoy the sun setting over the fields every evening from the hot tub.

Been here for a short mid-week and was a really lovely place. Nice sauna, hot tub and bbq outside. Very cozy nice house and also wonderfully quiet with beautiful views. Recommended.

We had a really nice stay in this cozy chalet. It's small but perfect for 2 people. With the hot tub and the sauna we had our own wellness. There is everything what is needed for preparing a meal. When sitting on the terrace and the nice view on fields and forests we got the feeling to be in nowhere. This is really an insider tip for a romantic getaway.Just a tip: bring enough wood for the hot top.

Chalet Le Pavillion is a wonderful spot for a cozy getaway. They have a large bbq and table set out with a beautiful view of the field and forest. There is both a wood fire heated hot tub and a sauna available that comfortably fit 5-6 people, which is perfect after a day hiking in the forest nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing cozy house, perfect amount of space, with a hot tub, sauna, & great BBQ smoker (made our own brisket!). Perfect for a weekend stay with your sweetheart, close to La Roche, the Ardennes and Adventure Valley (which I would definitely recommend visiting). Really enjoyed the beautiful night sky and the amazing countryside.

Nice spot in the Ardennes! The cottage is located in the area of La Roche en Ardenne, only 10 minutes by car. This holiday home has its own kitchen, nice seating areas and bed, and a sauna! We enjoyed the hot tub and barbecue: valuable extras of the holiday home. In addition, the surroundings, you imagine yourself in the middle of the hills of the Ardennes, are beautiful. Soon again!

Le Pavilion is probably the most luxurious cabin one can find. Sure, it's not that big, but it's a cabin, with sauna, hot tub, smokey joe barbecue and plenty of outside space and an even bigger view.

We had a great weekend with friends in this large villa and this charming cottage.Everything was perfect, from the comfort of the rooms to the bright and spacious kitchen, through very pleasant moments of relaxation in the living room or outdoor spaces.Between the large kitchen table and the two large terraces, we enjoyed extremely convivial meals.We also appreciated the cleanliness of the place, which is one of the most important points for us when we rent this type of place.Very nice hikes to do in the beautiful forests around.And the owners are absolutely charming and accommodating in all circumstances.We can not wait to return to discover this place in winter and test the ski slopes which are, it seems, just 10 minutes by car.
